Anito Legends Coin is a strategic auto-battler running on BSC. The game launched on mainnet on August 31 2022 and is currently available on PC, Mac, Android and iOS devices. Made by a team of seasoned developers from the Philippines with 20 years of experience in mobile game development, Anito Legends hooks players with deep strategy and preparation before sending out their team of NFT creatures (called ‘Anitos’ or spirits) to conquer towers (PVE) and battle other players in the arena (PVP). But some leaders grew selfish. They wanted to rule over Lupa and keep its treasures for themselves. The Dilim stole riches and treasures, locking them away in towers built in the most dangerous parts of the land. These fortresses are impossible to penetrate, and are guarded by fierce soldiers loyal only to their evil and corrupt masters.

Anitos (NFTs)

There are currently four classes of Anitos available for sale in gacha-style boxes. The initial supply of 10,000 Anitos are referred to as “Ang Sina Una” or “The First Ones.” They are visually distinct because they have the ‘Genesis Glow’ effect.

Gacha Box

Using BUSD, gacha boxes can be purchased from the Anito Legends Marketplace to form an Anito team. In the future, $LARO tokens will be used. Anitos from gacha boxes will have random stats. Genesis Anito NFT’s can be bought from the Anito Legends marketplace as well as other upcoming NFT launchpads.

There are three tiers of NFTs namely Common, Epic, and Legendary. The main difference among the three tiers is the rate of unlock of Charm Slots. Common Anitos take 30 days to unlock a slot, Epic Anitos take 20 days, while Legendary Anitos only take 10 days. Charms are special equipment that add new layers of gameplay, especially in PVP.

Classes

Anitos are basically categorized into 4 different classes: the Tikbalangs, the Sarangays, the Kiwigs and the Siyokoys.

Kiwig

The Kiwig were once shapeshifters, able to change their shape at will. They used to be a playful race, wild and carefree, until their ability was stolen from them. Stuck in one form, the Kiwig learned to rely on their wiles and charm to survive. The Kiwig have high attack and are best protected by strong defenders in front.

Sarangay

Despite their huge builds, the Sarangay are masters of camouflage and can easily blend into greenery. They are also excellent marksmen and accomplished cooks. The Sarangay make for good front liners in the party because of their high HP.

Innate Stats for PVE and PVP Play

Although the stats for every Anito is random, there are slight nuances as some are more suited for attack while others are better at being front line meat shields. In terms of character roles in the game, this will highly depend on the equipment (armor and weapons) that you use per Anito so you can customize your party according to how you want them to synergize.

For instance, you can become very aggressive and have AoE casters to open, or you can play defense with a strong tank with life steal abilities. As you ascend the towers (or descend the dungeons) you will find many different combinations that are better suited to deal with the enemies and their damage types.

Rock-Paper-Scissors Mechanic for PVP

To add more depth and strategy, each Anito class is weak (or strong) against another. The Sarangay has 10% more ATK damage when battling against the Siyokoy. The Siyokoy has 10% more ATK damage to the Kiwig and so on. This means that a team of 3 Siyokoys will more likely have no match for a team of 3 Sarangays so plan your team composition well and always watch out for the ladder meta! Equipment-Based Meta

Players can mix and match different types of equipment to mitigate Anito stat weaknesses as well as enhance their strengths. Legendary tier equipment add new dimensions of gameplay with special abilities. To balance equipment strength, equipment have a respective weight class and lighter gear allows a player to move first in battle. Heavier Anitos move last.
