Eggs Coin Cartel are running wild globally and causing a unprecedented egg shortage! The egg supply decreases rapidly with 0.001% per block. The only way to protect your eggs is to put them in the vault. There are two types of vaults. Big protect vault which will earn you 10x rewards by staking EGGS/ETH LP on Uniswap. You won’t be able to withdraw from the vault for 24 hours for each deposit or claim you do. The smolt protect vault earns you 1x rewards by only staking EGGS. The protect vault also has a 24 hour lock period.

How do they protec your EGGS?
You can protect your EGGS by depositing into secure vaults. There are two types of vaults. Smol and big protect vaults. They are only protecting your EGGS to a certain degree. You are getting rewards in return by depositing. 10 million EGGS are currently being given out in rewards every block. Smol protect vault gets 1/10 while the big protect vault gets 9/10 of the rewards.
Rewards are NOT offsetting the debase fully but aims to help a little. Depositing your EGGS in either vaults will lock them for 24 hours. Claiming rewards will reset timer and lock for another 24 hours. Depositing or claiming will NOT extend your locking period further.
Tokenomics
EGGS started as a LBP on Copper/Fjord to get a fair price and distribution of tokens. Link to LBP here(opens in a new tab). LBP managed to accrue around 188.78 ETH. Dev exited LBP and used 185 ETH and 175,000,000,000 EGGS to create an Uniswap V2 pool. Setting the price just below final LBP price. Some time after dev burned all his LP tokens. Most of the liquidity you see now is community owned.
Mechanics
EGGS are getting debased every block with a 0.001% rate which is around 7% a day. To compensate a little for this decrease you can stake your tokens in either Big or Smol vaults and get rewards. Rewards will only get debased upon claim! Rewards are currently set to 10,000,000 EGGS per block. Rewards can be changed by dev and is subject to change. Depositing or claiming will incur 24 hours lock on withdrawals.
Depositing or claiming will not extend the timer but the timer will reset with another 24 hours. The debase is happening for the whole token supply including EGGS in vaults and EGGS in LP. Since EGGS in LP also gets debased the amount of EGGS will decrease but the amount of ETH will remain the same. That’s the beauty of it since the price of EGGS will continue to increase if noone are selling and ETH is stable.

If none are selling then the value of EGGS will remain flat even if there is debase and supply decreases. Remember EGGS in LP also gets debased which means that there will be less EGGS but same amount of ETH. The debase of your EGGS is directly proportional to the total supply debase. For example, if the total supply is 1000 EGGS and you have 100 EGGS, if the total supply becomes 100 EGGS, your 100 EGGS will become 10 EGGS.
