Delivery
They will try to deliver your order within 24 hours. Non business days and Austrian holidays excluded. You will receive your logo in a zip file containing .svg and .png versions of it as well as the used color palette in a text file.
Refunds
Indiebrands Affiliate Program can offer a full refund before the domain ownership transfer took place. They will not be able to offer refunds after the transfer started.
Customisation Service
They offer an additional design service for some of our products. This service can be chosen as an option before the checkout. The price of this optional service will be stated on the product page.
The service will include minor changes to the logo such as: – change of colors
