What is your Admin Fee?
Grande Affiliate Program Admin Fee is 25% and it consists of the value of Game Provider and Platform Costs, Transaction Costs, Jackpot Contributions and Operating Costs. The Admin Fee is deducted from Gross Gaming Revenue before your Revenue Share is calculated.
How do you calculate commission?
Your commission is based on the aggregated Net Revenue from your referred players on a monthly basis. Net Revenue is calculated as:
All Player bets less (a) All Player winnings, (b) administration fees, (c) player bonuses, (d) fraud costs, (e) charge-backs, (f) returned stakes and (g) monies paid out as duties or taxes
When are stats updated?
Click data is always live and your other stats will be updated around 11am CET every morning so you’ll be able to see your performance from the previous day.
When do you pay affiliate earnings?
Grande Affiliate Program you’ve reached monthly affiliate earnings of at least €250 and sent us an invoice, your payment will always come by latest the 20th of the month. Should you not reach the minimum threshold it will be carried over to the following month.
Do you have negative carryover?
Of course not! Negative balances do not carry over from one month to the other. Grande Affiliate Program do however exclude individual players who won more than 5,000 EUR in a single month. These players will be placed in Quarantine until the players balance is 0, this will not effect commission negatively in the period which the player was quarantined.
Affiliate Application
Means your application to join the Affiliate Program via the Affiliate Program website.
Affiliate Payment
Means any Revenue Share, Hybrid Payment and/or CPA Payments.
Affiliate Program
Means the Grande Affiliate Program operated by any brands owned and/or used by The Company.
Affiliate Website(s)
Means one or more website(s) on the Internet which are maintained and operated by the Affiliate
Chargeback
The reversal of a payment made previously to the Operator Website by a Customer or the credit card-issuing bank or any other third-party payments solution provider. Chargebacks are regarded as Fraud for the purposes of calculating net revenues.
Commission
Means the percentage of the Net Revenue as set out in the Commission Structure.
Commission Structure
Grande Affiliate Program Means the commission structure contained under Clause 18 below or any specific commission structure expressly agreed between the Company and the Affiliate.
CPA Deal
Means a Cost-Per-Acquisition deal, whereby The Company pays You a predetermined amount for each Referred Player.
