Orders placed prior to 4 pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered the following business day before 11:00 am in most areas.
Orders received before 4pm Mon-Fri (EST) are guaranteed to ship the same day.
Priority Overnight Delivery: AM
Orders placed prior to 4 pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered the following business day before 10:30 am in most areas, some rural areas by 12.00pm or by 3.00pm. If you are not sure, call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 and tell them your zip code. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday unless specified for Saturday delivery, which includes an additional $10.00 charge. Saturday deliveries are not available in rural zones.
International Delivery (2-14 Business days depends on customs) – US POSTAL SERVICE
Orders placed prior to 4 pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered to the US Post Office next day for shipment. Only use this option if the package is being delivered to an international address. If you pick another shipping method we will make the correction for you and charge the difference to your charge card. Please allow 2-14 Business days for delivery. Delivery times depend on customs.
Overnight Delivery: PM
Orders placed prior to 4 pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered the following business day between 3.00pm to 9.00pm. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday after 12 pm unless specified for Saturday delivery which includes an additional $10.00 charge.
2nd Day Delivery:
Orders placed prior to 4 pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered the second business day before 6:30 pm. Second Day orders placed on Thursdays will not be delivered until Monday. Orders placed on Friday by 4 pm will be delivered on Tuesday before 6:30 pm.
Saturday Delivery
In order to receive a package for Saturday delivery it must be specified and there is a $49.95 charge for Saturday delivery,
Refund Policy:
Once your order has been received you cannot return it. Also if you place an order and decide to cancel it after it has been shipped, you are still liable for the shipping costs.
