They are not responsible for IDK that are sent not in accordance with the provisions. LYFE GOLD and IDK tokens that do not meet the conditions will be sent back to the wallet address provided in this form and deducted with an administration fee equivalent to IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah). The return administration fee includes Mining fees, Exchange withdrawal fees and other fees.
Physical Gold Exchange Procedure
- LGOLD token holders who intend to exchange tokens can make a written request via the form below.
- Token holders can pick up physical gold offline at the Exchange Agent office or through an insured courier service.
- Token exchange at the Exchange Agent office:

- The token holder can retrieve the requested physical gold
- Token exchange via courier service:
- Expeditionary services only accept shipments in the form of LM.
- The token holder will send the exchanged token to the designated exchange wallet and pay the fee according to the conditions before the LM is sent
- When the token owner receives the package, the token owner is required to record the condition of the package in video and record the process of opening the package
